Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to ScribbleDoodle, which is owned and operated by Stealth Moonshots LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with ScribbleDoodle for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment. No questions asked.
 

Our paid subscriptions are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Sold through Link, LLC, operating as Lemon Squeezy), our merchant of record. Payments, receipts, and subscription management are handled through Lemon Squeezy.


30-Day Refund Window

You have 30 calendar days from your first payment to request a full refund.


Refund Eligibility

All paid subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the first payment — no questions asked.

  • Refund request submitted within 30 days of your first payment

Refunds are not available if:

  • More than 30 days have passed since your first payment

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

  1. Email support@scribbledoodle.ai with the subject line 'Refund Request'

  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request (optional but appreciated for feedback)

  3. Our team will review and process your refund within 5-7 business days

We process approved refunds through Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.


Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Review: We aim to approve refund requests within 1-2 business days

  • Processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval

  • Bank processing: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Cancelling Your Subscription

If you cancel your subscription after the 30-day refund window, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be issued, but your subscription will not renew.

You can cancel at any time through the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. There are two ways to reach it:

  • Click the "Manage your subscription" (or "Update your billing details") link in any Lemon Squeezy order confirmation or receipt email you received when you subscribed, or

  • Go to app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter the email address you used at checkout — Lemon Squeezy will email you a secure magic link to access your orders and subscriptions.

From the customer portal you can cancel, pause, or resume your subscription, update your payment method, change plans, and download your invoices and billing history. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you have trouble accessing the portal, email support@scribbledoodle.ai and we can cancel on your behalf.


EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases of digital services. Our 30-day refund guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum.
